WHO: Sniper, Loki & the merry band of poor souls that come to save them.
WHERE: An abandoned outpost, New Amsterdam
WHEN: Toward the end of the event, July 30th.
WHAT: Everyone gets angry and excited and then Sniper tries to kill Loki. People intervene, we don't deserve them.
