[ Eight is certainly a lot, and all arriving on schedule. How many more are there to come? How are the people responsible getting their hands on them in the first place? It's dizzying to consider and none of them have a shred of a clue. (The only lead they had was murdered, the remaining evidence lost in a fire.)

She can't answer those questions. But she can answer this. ]

It was an accident, at first. From what I've been told, the first transport was intercepted by Morningstar agents who were acting on the intel that it was a weapons shipment for the UNA β€” United Nations Army. They found people like us instead and the lead agent of that operation took them to a safehouse because they had nowhere else to go. Now that there's more of us and less of them, we collect our own in their stead when the new arrivals come.

[ Peggy is helping rebuild Morningstar after they lost a majority of their agents to UNA arrests and emergency evacuations. How she explains the group is crucial because it impacts the understanding of what they're trying to do. She has to be delicate but honest. ]

They help us because they want answers, too; and because they help people in this city, the ones unable to fight back against the corruption and greed in the government and the corporations in charge. Even so, you have to understand that speaking their name out loud beyond the safehouse walls or the restricted network paints a target on your back. They've been labelled a militant resistance organisation and not without reason. It's not all they do, but it is part of what they do.
