oh, and her costume? she's dressed up as Jazlyn Salazar's most recent role: Athena, a troubled former goddess who acts as a strategist for the United Nations to keep the peace – only she comes to question whether they have peace in mind. Jazlyn Salazar is one of the biggest celebrities in the world: she's the Tom Cruise of this world. she acts, directs, produces and controls every aspect of how her films are made. the costume itself is recognizable: a white pantsuit with three-quarter sleeves and a thin black shirt underneath. she has an eyepatch over her left eye, as well as a scar that's been carefully crafted out of makeup. the gun holster on her hip is the real deal, but that's exactly what Athena wears.
after she pulls out the growlers and sets up their metal labels wrapped around the top nozzles – there's an IPA, a sour, a porter, a stout, a blonde and all of them are awesome, because Gaby knows her shit – she turns to someone she hears behind her, offering a faint smile. ]
