[She lets her voice drop off. It wasn't just that transdimensional travel was so overwhelming to her. If she had gathered one thing by now, it was not to let on that anything was out of the ordinary. And of course, that wasn't terribly hard. Asking pointed questions about being transported between worlds would surely be enough to set off anyone's insanity meter. She still doesn't quite believe it herself.
Perhaps that is why she's asking. Maybe it's just that the person he is thinking of isn't here, right now, and not that they weren't...in another world, somewhere.]
