[Sharp and confrontational, she whirls on him, as if Connor's flung some personal insult for the insinuation that she might be inebriated. Androids can't suffer from the effects of that poison in a bottle. She's seen enough drunkenness in her own limited span of time — those few brutal, listless years of operation — to never want to be near it again in any capacity. The scent from that spilled beer alone is foul, and she finds herself automatically stepping away to be clear of it and the civilian left on the ground.

I don't think you can answer my questions, Connor. And even if you did, I don't think I would trust what you have to say. Why should I?

[A quick look from the corner of her eyes signals that mistrust and wariness. This isn't a situation where she intends to make amends, and they aren't androids any longer, however her mind wars against that realization.]

I can look after myself. Maybe you should work on forgiving yourself for what you've done to your own kind, instead.
