they enter through the back of the building that holds the house, finding that it's dimly lit. Gaby's handed out masks for everyone involved, and wears one herself. at the center of the house, V will sit; he's sedated but not drugged with the compulsory drug. just knocked out, possibly because he's not a threat.
his release? it wasn't dissimilar to what happened with Jake and Hei before. two individuals claiming to be from New Beijing. one is the same as last time, one isn't. they've "come to collect," and since V hasn't done anything criminal, there shouldn't be any questions. they advise the NAPD to keep him off the records.
