NOTES OR WARNINGS: everything is a disaster. a messy disaster.

( the apartment itself is--well. small is a word for it. it fits two comfortably, at least; the three they had briefly was a stretch, and having three again until they figure something else out will be, too. but neither brother has moved to claim the room kate vacated, and billy made sure to start boxing up her things after he had gotten noh-varr settled in at the safehouse.

it. . was disheartening, but. if kate comes back, they'll figure something else out. and noh needs somewhere to stay that isn't the safehouse, too. even if it's a bit of a disaster zone. both rooms have their doors wide open; the wider room has two twin beds pressed against opposite walls, socks and miscellaneous clothes scattered about the floor. the kitchen is a mess; snack foods covering counter tops, but at least there aren't dishes everywhere. the living room furniture is a little lacking: a small couch in the center, a cheap dining room table in the space in front of the kitchen.

but it could be significantly worse. billy opens the door for noh, gestures him inside. )

So, uh. Your room is the back door? It's cleaned out, but there are some boxes in the closet taking up a little space. We ran out of room in ours. .
