[ if there's one thing everyone seems to agree on in this situation, it's helping - at least everyone cassian seems to come across. the woman gets right to work, successfully cooling and calming the family while he and two coworkers do their best through the heat. they manage to cover up one of the open windows, and although it's not with glass, at least the heat won't curl inside. ]
