Nope, the only humans on-site other than the Displaced would be the corpses found in the morgue. It doesn't look like there's any other people kept here, just the animal test subjects.
Cassius seems to have set things up so that no actual workers are reporting to this site at the moment. In other words, it's been out of commission and records have been faked in order to look like it's functioning as a normal research site -- Displaced would have to hack into digital records to find these reports. They would be able to compare it to their notes from the pyramid and figure out that these ones are faked.
So while they wouldn't be able to find exact proof that the agents are being held somewhere else, if they hacked into the systems they could come across mention of another research outpost that, like this one, is sending out similar faked reports about the work being done there. It would certainly be suspicious and might give them reason to try and search out this other site in the future!
