> MERRY SINTERKLAAS, NEW AMSTERDAM
On the morning of December 2nd, the Displaced wake up to a mass-message. Unlike El's impatient advisories, this message waits in the inbox of the recipient until it's opened, a gently blinking one (1) unread message the only reminder to the world of its presence.
Don't worry — it's not a chain letter or a digital confetti blast. It's simply an invitation (an evite, if you will) complete with a cute animation of Saint Nicholas himself flying over the New Amsterdam skyline, to a Sinterklaas party. There's only one requirement: whatever you wear, make it fashion. (Or, you know, ugly sweaters. It's not clear whether Daisy meant to send different wardrobe options to different people, or if there was a change of plans halfway through... but half the Displaced are encouraged to get glam, and the other half are reminded to don Grandma's favorite jumper. Choice is yours which you get!)
Rijn Woods itself is a beautiful building, tall and glittering and obscenely bourgeoisie in the heart of the financial district. Normally, only residents and their accompanied guests would have access beyond friendly doorman Samuel — but for one night, each member of the Displaced's public ID has been placed on their guest list, making it easy for them to come and go as they please. Their guest entitlement will allow them to board the elevators up to the rooftop deck and connected lounge, which Daisy & Jyn have rented out for the evening.
While the rooftop deck is understated, decorated only with glittering white lights and the occasional thematic poinsettias, it's the lounge space that encourages holiday cheer. There's no nice way to put it: the room, quite honestly, looks like someone spent eighteen sleepless hours obsessively crafting a Pinterest pin board on holiday decor and then got released into Party City with an AMEX Black Card... in the future. Crepe paper streamer walls, a shimmering balloon arch, ridiculous flower arrangements, and plenty of sneakily-hidden mistletoe bundles in various nooks and crannies of the room — the lounge has it all. (Please don't ask either of the hostesses how to do any of this. The building's concierge, Stan, is wholly responsible. No one ever rents this room out, and he was entirely too excited about decorating it for the holidays.)
Come on in, get comfortable, find a friend. Make yourself a plate from the diligently refilled buffet, or pour yourself a cup of (probably spiked) punch.

> SPECIAL NOTES
All members of the Displaced are welcome to attend, regardless of whether or not they know Daisy, Jyn, or their roommates! Daisy will verify with El all of the current registrants to the Morningstar network, but the actual invitation will be sent outside of the secured network. (Please do not expect an actual invitation in your character's inbox.)
All party-goers will be reminded to be discreet. While the lounge itself is reserved for party attendees, it is in a public building, and the connected rooftop space is not enclosed. Getting rowdy or violent, openly discussing Morningstar plans, or use of Displaced abilities that showcase the blue glow can attract attention that they don't want — so anyone who does these things will be asked to knock it off if they are noticed or caught. (OOCly, we would prefer they not get kicked out of their apartment for causing a scene!)
The party itself will wrap up by 1:00 AM on December 4th. Characters don't have to go home, but they can't stay here!
