I think you're right. Whatever took us there and brought us back isn't the same thing that brings us here in the first place. I don't remember how I got to this world, but getting to Zerzura was... abrupt. Like I blinked and suddenly I was in that room. Maybe we got back here the same way, but we were all just unconscious for it.
