My mom, Aphrodite, is the Greek goddess of love. [ she's a love child. ] Children of the gods, our brains are wired for Ancient Greek even though we don't live in Ancient Greece. So I've always known it, or been capable of it, reading and writing Greek, but I didn't actually know it until I got to camp, a camp for kids like me, and I actively started reading and writing in it.
