The local gym isn't too busy this time of the day, so Henry takes full advantage of it. The plan is to work on a little bit of everything, so cardio, weights, and core training will be his main areas of focus.
He exercises on the regular, so this isn't a tough set for him, but the weights are a lot less frequent. Cardio is his favorite part, usually getting lost in the quick tap-tap-tap of his feet hitting the rapidly winding track. His naturally high stamina and light weight keeps him going for a while. He doesn't listen to music while he's exercising, so he's open to conversation should anyone wish to speak to him.
Weights, however, are a different beast altogether. Being alone, he has nobody to spot for him, so it has him leaning towards the light sets. Probably for the best, though, since he's still gotta work up to the heavier ones anyway. You'll catch him using a pair of dumbbells, doing sets of curls and other exercises.
