"I'm used to not sleeping but I will," he tells her. Even if his version of rest is sitting down for a few minutes and calling that done. He knows he needs to heed his own advice.

"But I'm good for right now," he adds. "Is there anything you need any help with since I'm here? I've got some time in between what I'm meant to do."

He didn't need to move back out into the chaos just yet.
