[ Hawke has several tattoos and she even flirted with the idea of getting a new one here, but she can't think of an exact symbolic example of how this place makes her feel yet, the way the dragon was or Kirkwall's symbol was. She's adapted better than most, so far, and there are some parts of technology she very much enjoys. This is also why she's terrible at pretending she's anything other than a Displaced, to the point where her fighting ring friends finds it hilarious she even tried at one point with them. ]
The multiple timelines and realities exists even within my world, interestingly enough. Not that I was aware of it before now.
[ Interesting and also fucking terrible, honestly. ]
When I arrived here one of my closest friends had no idea who I was. In his version of our world, I was a male mage instead. [ Which was deeply upsetting at the time, now she just shrugs about it. ] And another of my friends did know this me, but thought I died in a situation where I definitely lived.
[ So you know. Multiple timelines within her world alone, and then apparently all of the others connected to this place. Frankly it's above her head in terms of thinking or piecing together, so Hawke just accepts it. Easy as that. No sense in giving herself a headache. ]

Not everyone has that problem though.
