Whoa there. That's... a little bit more intrusion on his personal space than Wade is really willing to allow. He's been groped before, certainly, by members of Parliament and their hangers-on alike-- the higher-ups always loved seeing how many boundaries they could push, and there was always a certain danger in rejecting them outright, especially when your celebrity status hung on such a delicate balance. You simply had to play the game; to shunt their advances aside without letting it spoil your whole day.

Wade cants his head demurely out of the way of Quin's questing fingers, looking up at him through his eyelashes in an almost coquettish fashion. "Careful there, Your Grace. It's not technically a no in so many words, but in the language of Parliament it might as well be. He knows full well that Marian, as kind and gracious as she is, is also immensely jealous of any other member of the upper crust who might vie for Wade's attention, and wouldn't exactly suffer Quin to get his grubby little hands all over her property.
