New Tokyo

[ Thor could be back at any time, and Loki doesn't want to be there when he does. the Aerie compiled with their fight that buzzes in his brain is enough to send him on a short getaway. Jason's still gone, and he doubts anyone in New Amsterdam will call him out on his absence. if they do, he'll talk his way around it, it's what he does best.

it's not difficult to find places to catch fleeting naps with no one around the city, along with some semblance of food when he gets hungry. there isn't much that he can't figure out his way to sneak around or into, given the opportunity. he's one of the only ones in the city that seems confident on the street as the reluctant few from the Aerie begin to return.

A • he's found a little perch on one of the taller buildings, waving his legs off the edge and chowing down on a stale cookie that he's dug out of some poor sap's food truck. (no one will miss one cookie, right?) he'll take up people watching, only interfering dramatically if necessary.

B • otherwise Loki will find time to stroll through the streets as if he owns them, occasionally peeking into shops, restaurants bars, rummaging through their things. in the same vicinity, he may even be heard talking to himself: ] Will this go with that shirt I have at home? Ah—no, entirely too tacky ... [ or ] Make that top shelf, why don't you? [ nope, still no one there. ]

New Amsterdam

[ New Amsterdam feels like a grave, and he knows exactly why. he's not entirely too keen on catching anyone up with the details of the inner workings of Parliament yet, at least not until there's something to be done about it. he's not certain if it's a blessing or a curse that Thor's not back yet, and manages to spend his time distracting himself by either doing a little free form hunting, or finding other ways to get out of the apartent.

one of those involves Tony Stark, which he needs to do sooner or later. best to make Tony sweat a little bit. ]
