（ if by 'better' booker means 'sopping wet and none too happy about it' then yes. joel has a (fairly) dry rag in his hand that he seems to think better of attempting to pat his clothing dry with and instead he just uses it to get a better grip on that wrench so he can close the valve again. ）

For now. At least there doesn't seem to be any structural damage from the vines and the like.
