As for forming a group... Kind of. In a sense, we're one by default; none of us are from this world, we have powers, that sort of thing. Because of the shared experiences and situations we tend to be more associated with each other than with native citizens, though that of course varies by individual Displaced. We're definitely seen as a group by most other people, though, for better or worse.
