Or is Sephiroth simply an object of pity? As much as he hates the notion, it makes sense. Kidnapped, drugged, his hair shorn... He would have pitied someone else in that position, but never anticipated he could be vulnerable to it. He shouldn't have been. And he won't be pitied now.
