[ there is meat, jyn is there like some kind of human bloodhound. jyn doesn't like parties, but she likes meat so she'll take the L on this and suffer through forced socialization solely so she can come home with her second and third helpings of goat. it's delicious.

maybe you spot her going up for seconds, maybe you spot her leaving the party with the plate of meat. all three days. don't judge her! this city has 40 million people, they better have made enough for everyone and if they didn't then that is not jyn's fault.

[ jyn has been working through lunches recently because she is playing catch up -- making up for the few days she missed when she and marcos "had the plague", as was their excuse. something like that. a plague-ish illness. she is pretty sure her supervisor thinks she is sleeping with marcos since she also got him the job interview in the first place, but jyn doesn't care.

when she isn't working through lunch and eating in the office, she heads to the park between her office and her apartment and eats in the park. she likes the grass, it was zerzura's only selling feature as far as she is concerned, and she likes to watch her trees grow. she also likes to scroll through her news feed whilst she takes in the fresh air. ]
