"I'll grab you something there." As far as Clarke knows, this was Kol's place once. She doesn't know if Klaus is the type to rid himself of former clothing and belongings, but she hopes not. Otherwise, Kol is going to have to wear the clothing of Klaus, which ... well. It's not a perfect fit, but it'll have to do. "There should be something, since you were here before."

For now, she does leave out the "this was your home" bit. He'll probably piece it together once he sees it, assuming he knows himself well enough.

(Then again, time can change tastes. It certainly did for her.)
