[ The air has a chill to it, and it seems like each day that Jack wakes up in the morning it's a toss-up for what the weather's going to be. It's been fluctuating through extremes, no doubt a hold-over from when the pyramid had gone down for a few days. It's enough to make him wonder how worse off things would be if it had remained non-functional for much longer. But if the Displaced can be relied on for one thing, it's the ability to mobilize.

Jack wouldn't have necessarily responded to just any request to meet up with someone like this. He's got a job he needs to be at now, and he moved into a new place less than a week ago. There's plenty of other things he could be doing with his time, but Prompto convinces him, if only because Jack technically knows him better than a good chunk of the other Displaced.

He doesn't have much interest in the festivities and he's already holidayed out after Daisy's party, but here he is all the same. He's made sure to layer for the cold weather and he's carrying an umbrella too. The rain's been hitting often and unexpectedly. ]

[ Jack isn't picky, so he'll have whatever Prompto decides looks good. He remains at his side as they browse the stalls, his breath misting in the cold air. ]
