[ it sounds like a convenient way to get intoxicated but he cannot deny that he isn't trying to think of something he's never done. ]
I have never sung in the shower.
[ it is the first thing that comes to mind because he knows of someone else who has done that and recently so it happens to be fresh in his mind. ]
no subject
[ she never had the time! sonic showers were and in and out deal, water showers were for the rich. now she is the rich and she sleeps in bathtubs.
she's gonna die in a bathtub and it will haunt her like william howard taft. ]
no subject
[ but! again! gross! talking about himself! it's not like he dislikes anyone in this room, but there's barely things he admits to himself, why would he admit them to others?? ]
Cannot say I have either. [ showers are quick! in and out, for proficiency! ]

[ daisy takes the drink. it's good-natured, but she does mutter asshole under her breath as she sits up, legs swinging off the couch so that she can stand up and head back into the kitchen. from the fridge, she pulls three beers; one for herself, since her current one is nearly empty after illya's absentmindedly drank half of it over the course of the evening, one for said drink-stealer, and the last for cassian, who will never admit to needing a drink but who will take one if it's put in his hand. jyn has her own, and is also close enough to the kitchen to get a refill if she wants one. ]
Part of the game, grandpa, [ is her encouragement. deal with it.
as she settles back down on the couch, this time cross-legged against the opposite arm rest, she poses the follow-up. ]
Never have I ever willingly slept in a closet.
[ ok miss erso ]

We have bright windows, [ jyn protests, flipping daisy off even as she takes a swig of her own drink before she sliiiiiiiides off the stool to pad into the living room proper and sink down on the floor in front of cassian's seat.
it's true! floor to ceiling windows are great until it's the middle of the afternoon and she wants to nap without pulling the blinds. ]
Closet's better than most places I've slept honestly.

[ so, he doesn't drink despite having another drink pressed into his hand. this game is rather easy, isn't it? he hasn't done a lot of things so perhaps that means he will win.
that's how this game works, correct? ]
Too small.
no subject
[ he does not take a drink, because he has some clarifications! ]
Does it count as willing if it was your only option?
no subject
Half a drink. [ and then, in solidarity: ] I used to sleep in a van. It was about as big as my closet now.
[ to be fair, though, daisy would still sleep in a van today if she didn't have someone else in her bed. or even if she did. illya's just too tall for that van, though. ]
Jyn, your turn to go.
no subject
also jyn: googles van ]
I've never... [ jyn realizes, again because this is not new information for her, that she has had a wildly abnormal life and she doesn't really know what normal people may or may not have experienced. never have i ever not gone to prison?
she flounders briefly. ]
Gone to school.
no subject
You were not missing much.
[ school was boring and a waste of time. just got in the way. ]
no subject
[ he takes half a sip for the closet thing, and avoids taking a drink for school. formal education??? haha don't know her. not when you join an anarchist cell when you are six! ]
[ he supposes by the natural order of things, it's his turn? ]
I have never... [ he stares at his beer, not sure what innocuous thing he can bring up. ] Stolen a house in a dream.
[ :D ]
no subject
as explanation: ] I dropped out.
[ to pursue
a modeling careerabsolutely nothing. ]And technically this is an apartment.
[ and, now, it is technically her turn. but she wants illya to go, thus her next statement. ]
I have never made up a fake job for a cover story.
no subject
Ha, Cassian has to drink too.
[ does she know this is fact? no. but she knows. ]
no subject
[ force he's had so many. ]
[ with a sigh, he takes a drink, nudging jyn in the back with his leg. hit for a hit. ]
[ mumbling: ] Too many fake jobs.
no subject
Is it a fake job if it is something someone actually hired me to do?
[ would that not make the job legitimate? he'd had a few people come to him for fashion advice so why was he drinking. ]
I think that makes it a real job.
no subject
[ inquiring minds want to know. ]
no subject
[ so there. ]
And you should talk about clothing. Every article you own is brown.
[ snap. ]
no subject
Think again mate.
[ jyn has the excuse of being childish by being the youngest in the room. illya has no excuse. ]
no subject
[ HE IS SO SCANDALIZED NOW. ]
Congratulations on owning a color.
[ not that he was that much better. most of his wardrobe was black with a few scatterings of color throw in. ]
no subject
Illya, drink. Helping someone find a dress for dinner is not the same thing, and you know it.
[ you dumb spy. ]
Also, it's your turn to say a thing.
no subject
I have never...
[ he trails off, trying to think of something that would get everyone but him to have to take a drink.
or maybe just something that would mean daisy would drink. he loves you, honey. ]
I have never flashed anyone before.
[ jyn, you get to drink. daisy..............??? ]
no subject
no subject
[ jyn drinks but with little care. boobs get shit done. ]
no subject
[ has he flashed someone?? no, not in his list of stupid things, so he does not take a drink. ]
no subject
I didn't know flashing someone was part of your team's protocol.
[ that was to daisy and that was a joke. ]
I have other means of providing a distraction. Anyway, it is someone else's turn.
